How do I get a refund of Fig+?

Thanks so much for giving Fig+ a try. If you recently signed up for Fig+, we’re happy to grant a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow the steps below:

 

If you signed up via Stripe on the Fig website:

  • To request a refund, please e-mail us at support@foodisgood.com and include the e-mail address you used to sign up for Fig+
    • You can verify this e-mail address by opening the Fig app, tapping the “Profile” icon, clicking the “Settings” button in the top-right corner, and then looking for the e-mail address listed under “Account”
  • You can also view your subscription information and cancel your subscription at this link

 

If you signed up via the Google Play Store:

  • To request a refund, please e-mail us at support@foodisgood.com and include the e-mail address you used to sign up for Fig+
    • You can verify this e-mail address by opening the Fig app, tapping the “Profile” icon, clicking the “Settings” button in the top-right corner, and then looking for the e-mail address listed under “Account”
  • Alternatively, you can request a refund directly from Google: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

 

If you signed up via the Apple App Store:

  • If you signed up for Fig+ via the Apple App Store, you’ll need to follow the directions on the page below to request a refund from Apple directly
    • Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow Fig to process refunds. The refund must come from Apple directly
